Founded in April 2008, Hangzhou Changchuan Technology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to improving the technical level of IC special equipment and actively promoting the upgrading of IC equipment industry. In 17 April 2017, CCTECH was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 300604).

The headquarters of CCTECH is located at No. 500 Chuangzhi Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou. At present, CCTECH has more than 4,600 employees, with more than 55% R&D personnel. It has branches in Japan, Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Harbin, Suzhou, Neijiang, Changsha, Hefei and more, and has successively acquired Singapore AOI equipment manufacturer STI, the semiconductor business department of SATO in Japan and Malaysia test equipment manufacturer EXIS. With major markets in mainland China and Taiwan, CCTECH has also gradually expanded into international markets including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and other countries.

CCTECH has been committed to independent research and development. It has currently more than 1400 authorized patents at home and abroad, including more than 430 invention patents, establishing a strict intellectual property protection system. 2025

In May 2025, the headquarters of CCTECH was officially inaugurated.
2024

In April 2024, CCTECH was rated as a National Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise.

In December 2024, CCTECH led the drafting and officially released "Chiplet Testing Specifications" seven standards, which are the first industry standards in the field of Chiplet testing in China.

In December 2024, the total revenue exceeded RMB 2.5 billion Yuan, and the number of employees increased to nearly 4,000 people.

In January 2023, CCTECH was rated as a Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Small Giant among the first batch.

In April 2023, CCTECH acquired the Malaysia test equipment manufacturer EXIS.

In May 2022, CCTECH successfully developed the first Burn In Tester CM1028.

In September 2022, CCTECH was rated as a Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Model Enterprise.

In March 2021, Chengdu R&D Center was established.

In August 2021, “ZJU-Chang Chuan” Joint Laboratory was established with School of Micro-Nano Electronics, Zhejiang University.

In October 2021, Changchuan Technology (Neijiang) Co., Ltd. was established.

In November 2021, CCTECH successfully developed the SoC Testing-oriented Digital Tester D9000.

In December 2021, the total revenue exceeded RMB 1.5 billion Yuan, the number of orders exceeded 100 million, and the number of employees increased to nearly 1,500 people.

In January 2020, CCTECH won the title of Second Batch of National-level Specialized and New “Little Giant” SMEs.

In July 2020, CCTECH acquired the semiconductor business department of SATO in Japan.

In October 2020, CCTECH successfully developed the first Tri-temp Pick and Place Handler C6800T.

In December 2020, Harbin R&D Center was established.

In June 2019, CCTECH successfully developed the first 12-inch Automatic Prober CP12.

In September 2019, CCTECH acquired the Singapore AOI equipment manufacturer STI, and AOI Product Line was officially laid out.
